Abhijit has been the driving force behind TMS since 2012 when he left his job at Deloitte USA and moved back to India to start something of his own. He has always been Entrepreneurial in his ways & even during his IT Engineering days at Mumbai University, he worked on 2 ventures, 1 of which he successfully sold to his partners, before he went to the coveted University of Illinois at Chicago to pursue his Masters in Management. With his Business Acumen and strong desire for Growth, Abhijit has been instrumental in establishing TMS as a strong HR Staffing Solutions Services & Outsourcing Firm in India and beyond with over 450+ clients with five well established Service Lines.

Post- Graduating from London he has worked with multiple hospitality brands like The Oberoi Hotels, Accor Hotels & many standalone restaurants across UK, Singapore, and India. In TMS Makarand has started working in Talent Acquisition & HR Staffing Solutions Services which allowed him to showcase my skills towards understanding people and clients from different industry sectors. He provides expertise across Talent Acquisition/ Headhunting for Sr Management Levels/ CXO levels for Indian Companies & Global MNC in various sectors like Information Technology, Industrial Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Retails & FMCG.
